LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER MISSION
In our global society where information is a dominant resource learners must be information literate. Information Literacy -- the ability to find, use, evaluate, and communicate information -- is increasingly important. The media program is an essential partner in the school's endeavor to provide a comprehensive education that meets the needs of students now and in the future.
The media program provides:
- Information in multiple formats
- Access to multiple technologies
- Connections to resources outside the school
- Connections between students and active learning
- Facilities and resources for locating and communicating information
