What to do when?

Problem/Need	Solution
Absent from school	Parent must call the Main Office before 1 p.m. on the day of the absence.
Appointment during the day	Requires a parent note or phone call to the Main Office or Nurse at least one day prior to the scheduled appointment.
Late to school	Report to the Main Office to check in.
Homework request for illness	After the 2^nd day of absence contact the Main Office to request homework to be picked up. If absent 1 day â check www.k12planet.com
Locker stuck	The Main Office will contact someone to help.
Powerschool password	Passwords were distributed at registration. Contact your counselor if password has been misplaced.
Difficulties in a subject	Talk with the teacher to determine what the problem may be. Get a pass from your teacher to visit the Academic Resource Center.
Need a tutor	The Guidance Office has a list of adult tutors who may be available.
Questions about a grade	Contact the teacher.
Problems with other students	Contact your counselor, social worker or assistant principal.
Loss or Theft	See the Assistant Principal.
Work Permit	Available at the Regional Office of Education.
College Visit	Seniors are allowed 3 pre-arranged visits and Juniors are allowed 2. See your counselor for procedures.
Health Issues	See the nurse.
Lost and Found	Located in the Main Office.
Schedule questions	See your counselor.
Career or College information	See your counselor.
