Attention Students:  We are on an exam schedule tomorrow.  School will start at 7:55a.m. and dismiss at 11:30 a.m.

 

Sign up to ride the fan bus to Ottawa for the sectional basketball game on Wednesday night.  The fare is $2.00 and the bus leaves at 6:45 p.m. 

 

Tickets for Wednesday night's sectional basketball game are available in the main office for $5 each.

 

Attention varsity boy's basketball players: Remember to turn in your T-shirt orders to Coach Blumberg by 9:30 am (right about now).

 

Varsity Softball Players:  Practice has been change to 4:45 p.m. today!

 

Attention:  The following students do NOT have a photo for the yearbook. Today is your LAST CHANCE!  Please report right now to the auditorium to have your photo taken.  If your friend is mentioned, check with them later today to make sure they had their photo taken. Science Club/NHS Students:  Any students needing community Service hours and willing to work setting up the Grundy County Environmental Fair at Minooka H.S. This Friday afternoon and Sat. should see Mr. Truty ASAP.  A golden opportunity to think green, help the environment, and garner service hours.

 

Don't miss the MCHS Production of Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" on Friday-Saturday, March 19-20, at 7:30 PM, and Sunday, March 21, at 3:00 PM in the high school Auditorium. Tickets are now available in the High School Office for $5.00 per person.  Come out and see Charlotte Ulrich as "Belle", Nick Martorano as "The Beast", Logan Simpson as "Gaston" and an outstanding company of participants in this "tale as old as time."

 

TROUPE...slight alteration to times for the meeting on Thursday.  Because it is an exam day, we'll have only 1 meeting and that will be at 11:40 right after the second exam.  Bring a couple of dollars if you'd like to have some pizza during the meeting.  We've got lots to wrap up so commit to coming and participating in upcoming events.

 

Mathletes who are attending the JJC contest:  We are leaving at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday from the circle drive.  Be on time and bring money for dinner.

 

Drama Club Members....The Morris Theatre Guild needs ushers for its upcoming production of "Hay Fever" They need two students for each of the 8 performances. If you usher, you will get a free ticket to the show and

Thespian points. If you are interested in ushering, see Mrs. G ASAP.

 

Attention Freshmen & Sophomores:  GAVC is considering the opportunity to offer a 1 to 2 week summer course, at NO COST to you, through GAVC involving "Business and Technology Concepts."
