Survey to Submit Ideas for New Mascot

The Morris Community High School District 101 Board of Education invites community members, students, and staff to submit suggestions for a new mascot now that the former mascot has been retired.  
 
The Board of Education is asking not only for suggestions, but also that respondents provide an explanation for their choice, as well as a description of the imagery they would like to see for that suggestion.
 
Nothing is being tallied at this time.  The Board will review the submissions and narrow down the list for students and staff to narrow down even further.  The list of finalists will then go to the community, students, and staff for a vote.
 
Additional details are included in the survey, which will remain open until January 7, 2026.
