During the week of April 13–17, your student will have the opportunity to take the Illinois Youth Survey. The survey is completely anonymous and will be administered during your student's English or History class. The information gathered will help us develop more effective programs and strategies to better support our students' needs.
Please take a moment to review the linked information below, which includes a more detailed description of the survey and an opt-out form. If you prefer that your student not participate, please complete the second page of the form and return it to the main office.
