Fee Assistance Application

You may be eligible for having certain student fees and lunch costs reduced or waived completely. The eligibility guidelines and application forms are available below.
 
If you are eligible, completing the Fee Assistance Application benefits your family and the school district in several ways.  In addition to saving your family the cost of fees and lunch, the percentage of students who complete the form impacts the state and federal grant resources provided to schools.  It also allows the school to hire from a broader pool of teachers based on their student loan requirements.
 
Even if you already completed this process at your child's previous school, you must complete the form again for MCHS, as schools are not able to share this information with other districts.  A new form must be completed every school year.
