Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Construction Management Services
Notice is hereby given that Morris Community High School District 101 is requesting qualifications to provide Construction Management as Advisor Services.
RFQs will be accepted at:

Qualification packages will be accepted up to 1:00 PM on May 23, 2025, at which time they will be opened. Packages must be submitted in full as outlined in the solicitation.
RFQ specifications are available on the district’s website at www.morrishs.org or contact Elizabeth Shields, Business Manager/CSBO, [email protected].
Questions related to the solicitation may be submitted, in writing, via email to [email protected] by May 12, 2025. Questions will be answered via email in the form of an addendum to all potential proposers.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof, waive any irregularities or informalities.
All vendors must comply with applicable Illinois law requiring payment of prevailing wage by contractors working on public funded projects, and with Illinois statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
